It does not display on the web full page, since several browsers have been updated. We need it to also be optimized for tablets and phones.
New functionality is needed. We would like for visitors to be able to search and view job postings we have available.
They can search by keywords, location, and job type, within a certain distance, miles etc.
With sort options including date posted.
Visitors can apply for open positions, post resumes.
Allow our admins to easily post job positons for candidates to search
We would also like the site to show up on web searches.
Not a requirement but we are interested in a secure repository to store documents and allow our employees to securely log in and download documents. We could set up their profile, using their email as an id, and giving them a temporary password, that they would be forced to change. With the ability to recover their password, login info. Also allow admins to give a temporary password.
Once they are logged in, they can view the assignment/company they are assigned to. Also a link to available positions. For current assignment display address, location, phone and schedule. Also they can add their resume, or show attachment if already uploaded.
New users who are applying for a position can create their login using their email address, and they will be taken to the same profile login as above, for current employees. Maybe and internal flag notifying us of a new candidate has created an account.
I am not sure what is best web design tools needed for this job, but I need the administration for adding employees and jobs to be very easy to add.
