AceInfo is currently seeking a Master Level Application System Analyst to support our upcoming federal project, in Ft. Collins, CO. A Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is required. Project Overview: The Department investment in identity management has been leading:edge since its inception in xxxx. The Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Team provides the enterprise with identity authentication and authorization services. Identity assurance is required for e:Government online programs such as public:facing grant application systems as well as internal uses like computer logon, network access, server access, remote access, encryption/decryption, and secure physical facility access. The enterprise program includes components to accept verified source identity information, store it, process it, and share needed elements in a carefully controlled way among information systems and other users across the Department. Position Description: The Senior Systems Analyst is a position on the USDA ICAM Team supporting Enterprise Entitlements Management Service (EEMS), one of ICAMA?s primary service offerings. EEMS provides authoritative data to various end:points across the entire USDA:enterprise on near:realtime basis. The System AnalystA?s primary role is to directly support business owners, developers and system administrators from various Agencies who integrate with ICAMA?s EEMS solution by discovering and documenting their business requirements, designing a solution within the EEMS framework, shepherding that solution through development, testing, and deployment, and supporting that solution on an on:going basis. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently without direct daily guidance. They must be willing to perform in a fast paced, evolving, customer facing environment, while conveying a positive can:do attitude. This position serves a technical, yet customer support oriented role for the ICAM/EEMS team. It requires understanding of the Identity Minder and ICS tools and capabilities as well as ICAMA?s data model and capabilities. This requires business requirements gathering, data transformation, design, testing, troubleshooting and analytical problem solving capabilities, as well as strong documentation skills. An ability to understand and accurately follow integration procedures along with internal change management processes is required. As a customer facing representative of ICAM, this position requires outstanding interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills. Effectively interacting with members of an external application development team to implement technical solutions or resolve issues is essential to this position.This position serves a technical, yet customer support oriented role for the ICAM/eAuth team. It requires understanding of the SiteMinder and Identity Minder application suit. In addition to, web server configuration and architecture, troubleshooting and analytical problem solving capabilities, as well as strong documentation skills.
