Hello! I am graduating in May and moving out of my 1 bedroom apartment in the Flats at the Oval complex on the corner of W Laurel and Howes. I will be moving out around May 20th and the lease along with my parking fee goes until 7/26/15, so I would be happy to continue the landlord and just accept a check from the subletter for ~3 months of rent. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room, beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer, and balcony. You would also have your own private parking spot. I am also moving back home to Chicago, so you would get all my furniture which includes a full-size bed, futon, coffee table, tv stand, and 2 end tables. I pay $xxxx for this apartment, but I am willing to accept $800 OBO. Located directly across the street from the CSU campus, the apartment is also conveniently located above a coffee shop and next door to a pizza place, and Old Town as well as other shopping/restaurants/grocery stores are within 5-10 minute walking distance.
