Pedcor Management Corporation is seeking a PropertyManager, for a newly constructed Section 42 property. As the Property Manager,you will use your leadership skills to develop a staff to meet and maintainoccupancy goals.
The Property Manager is fully accountable for all propertyoperations. The purpose of the Property Manager is to effectivelysupervise, manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources inorder to accomplish each propertys objectives as set forth by the propertyowner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels, incomeand property values; monitoring expenditures; and ensuring the properties aremanaged in accordance with industry standards. In addition, the PropertyManager is responsible to see that each property follows and abides by allcompany polices.
