This position is accountable for planning, organizing, and managing system:wide recruitment projects and professionals, ensuring and facilitating collaborative and cooperative relationships with applicable stakeholders. This position develops recruitment strategies for the facility to ensure a timely and adequate flow of qualified candidates to meet the labor needs of the organization. Works closely with facility departments to identify strategies that work for their disciplines, and to provide managers with tools and skills to assist them in making sound hiring choices. This position includes: The supervision and direction to the Recruitment and On:Boarding Teams. Maintains strong sourcing contacts to assure a source of potential applicants. Performs employee recruitment and screening processes, including HTF and management roles. This position is responsible for the facility recruitment teams by leading and mentoring teams to achieve all of Banner Health initiatives. Participates in the development and implementation of organizational and/or departmental strategies to achieve desired outcomes. This position works with management across diverse areas and multiple states to pursue system:wide solutions and approaches. This position partners with the Sr. System Director and system/regional leadership teams to ensure that the department is continually assisting the region and facilities in addressing their current and future workforce needs.
