As for quality of service, no complaints here. Works just like a land line. They have a tool online that not only does internet line speed testing, but rates quality via jitter! Love it! I use this site over another one now to verify our internet is up an running correctly. Very nice online tool. We did have a 3/1 Mb connection and occasionally did get drops in call quality. I need to accept that was on our side. I don't want to be too detailed for internal security reasons here, but we had more that one phone running, with printers, servers, VPN, going all at the same time. Since we've upgraded to a better 10/2 Mb speed, no issues at all. Domestic, Canada or over-seas all have been tested and work fine. In closing, for small business YES! Online support excellent.
