As an employee working with Pinoy Recruiters you will be trained to do two things: recruit and make sales. You earn anywhere from 10% to 27% commission on the sales that you personally produce depending on your title. We also pay Leaders, Directors and VP?s 2% to 10% overrides on the teams of ??Agents?? below them. The amount of money that can be earned with Pinoy Recruiters can be significant! JOB TITLE: AGENT
JOB DESCRIPTION: Meet company objectives and targets and be highly productive. Receive ongoing assignments from your Leader and make daily reports to him/her. Establish the habits of recruiting 5 people a day and at least $100 in sales daily. We recommend that you register 15 to 20 people a day for FREE into the Pinoy Recruiters client database from your own prospecting efforts and Facebook Marketing. This job is design to create a Forty Thousand Pesos per Month income in Commissions for you.
DAILY MANDATORY TASKS
? Register 15 to 20 prospects per day into your back office
? Remain highly organise in following up with all of your prospects and clients
? Recruit a minimum of 5 paid sign-ups a day into the Penny Matrix
? Watch & Comment on every Update and Video on Tracy Davison Facebook Wall
? Attend all mandatory meetings with leadership
