Titled Bartet et Mounet-Sully, dans Antigone, this work shows the actors Julia Bartet and Jean Mounet-Sully on stage performing in a drama by Sophocles called Antigone. From the only edition of 65 impressions, based on the second state. Signed in the plate with Lautrec?s monogram upper right, and hand stamped in red with Lautrec?s monogram lower right. Frame size: 24-1/4 inches H x 20-1/4 inches W (62 cm H x 51.4 cm W). Dramatically framed in a decades old black wood and gold molding. Frame in very good condition. COA.
